1. Return & Refund Eligibility

A return or refund may be approved if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days from the delivery date

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The product has not been damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling

  • The order was purchased directly from DogMomHat.com

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-order, customized, or personalized products

  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and quality standards.


3. Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return shipping costs may be covered by DogMomHat only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
For all other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


4. No Restocking Fees

DogMomHat does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

6. Refund Processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
